Measuring a total of 36 by 24 inches this black and white "Salty Siren" paper is meant to be used as a base for you to paint over and create your own artwork. Apply a light or white background, once dry add a layer of Dream Coat or any other decoupage medium, then place the paper. Cover large areas one section at a time. Once positioned, apply another layer of your chosen medium. Let dry before adding a second layer of medium. Use a brayer or a ball of plastic wrap to push out any wrinkles.
