The Strawberry Thief: A Symbol of Hope and Renewal
The Strawberry Thief motif, originally designed by William Morris in 1883, has become an iconic and beloved pattern that can be found on a wide range of products. The strawberry thief represents resilience and determination because it persists in its efforts to find food for its family, even in the face of adversity. This can be seen as a metaphor for the human spirit, which can overcome any obstacle if it is determined enough.
