Charlie of Girl In Blue Designs hand painted and designed this Paint It Like paper for our new Tropical Flora decoupage, giving us the chance to add her artwork to our own projects.

Apply a light or white background, once dry add a layer of Dream Coat or any other decoupage medium, then place the paper. Cover large areas one section at a time. Once positioned, apply another layer of your chosen medium. Let dry before adding a second layer of medium. Use a brayer or a ball of plastic wrap to push out any wrinkles.
